Hong Kong Cooler

Ingredients

  • 4.5 cl Gin
  • 1.5 cl Lychee liqueur
  • 3.3 cl Lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl Ginger syrup
  • 1 cl Elderflower syrup
  • 1 Lime peel for garnish

Preparation

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime peel.
