Hong Kong Cooler
Ingredients
- 4.5 cl Gin
- 1.5 cl Lychee liqueur
- 3.3 cl Lemon juice
- 1.5 cl Ginger syrup
- 1 cl Elderflower syrup
- 1 Lime peel for garnish
Preparation
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime peel.
