Ingredients: 3 cl Rye; 3 cl Grappa Marolo di Moscato; 2 cl Suze; 2 cl Fennel syrup; 1 ds Black Walnut bitters; Big grapefruit peel for garnish

3 cl Rye
3 cl Grappa Marolo di Moscato
2 cl Suze
2 cl Fennel syrup
1 ds Black Walnut bitters
Big grapefruit peel for garnish

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cubes. Express grapefruit peel and drape around the rim and ice.
